Job Summary
Our client, is in the process of establishing a betting company and are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the betting industry and a proven ability to handle customer queries professionally — both in person and over the phone.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls, reaching out to customers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to customer calls promptly and courteously.
Reach out to customers to share updates, resolve account or betting issues, and promote ongoing offers.
Provide accurate information on games, odds, promotions, and payment processes.
Assist customers in navigating the betting platform and understanding available products.
Maintain clear and accurate call records for reporting and follow-up.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Support the in-shop team and uphold high service standards.
Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a betting or gaming company (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of betting operations, products, and customer interaction protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
Confident, patient, and able to handle customer issues with professionalism.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or call management systems.
Team player with a strong work ethic and integrity.
