I didn’t set out to be a consultant — I got into HR hoping to make work better for people.
Over the years, I have led people and culture transformations across Africa — from Kenya to Zambia, Ethiopia to Mozambique — building teams, shaping leadership, and helping organizations grow through their people.
What I saw again and again was a pattern: businesses were scaling fast, but their people strategies weren’t always keeping pace. That realization sparked something deeper — a desire to help more organizations close that gap.
After more than a decade of driving change from within, I have taken the leap into consulting. My goal is simple: to help more companies align their people, performance, and purpose.
Today, I partner with businesses to reimagine how they attract, develop, and retain talent — combining strategy, empathy, and data to build workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to do their best work.
