Data Annotators - Content Labeling

About the Role

Our Client is looking for Data Annotators for an ongoing, high-priority AI content labeling project. This is a contract role ongoing until 31 March 2026 with flexible daily hours, designed to provide you with hands-on experience in AI and data-driven technologies.

Role Details:

  • Title: Data Annotator

  • Work Mode: Remote

  • Contract Type: Short-term / Ongoing until 31st March 2026

  • Daily Commitment: 7–8 hours per day (flexible)

  • Payment Details : KES 23,000 per month

What You’ll Do

  • Review and label online content accurately, including sensitive and NSFW material.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality for AI training datasets.

  • Contribute insights and feedback to refine annotation guidelines and workflows.

  • Play a key role in building AI systems used in next-generation applications.

Who We’re Looking For

We want fresh graduates who are meticulous, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with various types of content.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English writing and comprehension (minimum B2 level, CEFR framework)

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving

  • Work Setup: Private workspace with a stable internet connection

  • Content Flexibility: Comfortable working with all types of content, including sensitive material

Selection Process

Candidates will undergo a structured evaluation to ensure quality and readiness:

  1. LLM Evaluation Assessment – Link shared individually

  2. Versant English Proficiency Test – Minimum B2 level

  3. Client Assessment – 3 sets of 11 questions (up to 2 retakes allowed)

  4. Background Verification – Mandatory for candidates who pass assessments
