Data Annotators - Content Labeling
About the Role
Our Client is looking for Data Annotators for an ongoing, high-priority AI content labeling project. This is a contract role ongoing until 31 March 2026 with flexible daily hours, designed to provide you with hands-on experience in AI and data-driven technologies.
Role Details:
Title: Data Annotator
Work Mode: Remote
Contract Type: Short-term / Ongoing until 31st March 2026
Daily Commitment: 7–8 hours per day (flexible)
Payment Details : KES 23,000 per month
What You’ll Do
Review and label online content accurately, including sensitive and NSFW material.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality for AI training datasets.
Contribute insights and feedback to refine annotation guidelines and workflows.
Play a key role in building AI systems used in next-generation applications.
Who We’re Looking For
We want fresh graduates who are meticulous, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with various types of content.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Language Proficiency: Excellent English writing and comprehension (minimum B2 level, CEFR framework)
Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving
Work Setup: Private workspace with a stable internet connection
Content Flexibility: Comfortable working with all types of content, including sensitive material
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a structured evaluation to ensure quality and readiness:
LLM Evaluation Assessment – Link shared individually
Versant English Proficiency Test – Minimum B2 level
Client Assessment – 3 sets of 11 questions (up to 2 retakes allowed)
Background Verification – Mandatory for candidates who pass assessments
